  • Does not guarantee accuracy of user content
  • Does not participate in transactions between users

Any transaction between users occurs independently and outside Wrumio's responsibility.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

  • You have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Your information is accurate
  • Your use complies with applicable laws

6. USER ACCOUNTS

Users are responsible for:

Wrumio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Platform allows users to upload:

  • Videos

8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT (CRITICAL SECTION)

8.1 Full User Responsibility

Users are solely and fully responsible for all content they upload, publish, or display on the Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Photographs of vehicles
  • Photographs containing identifiable persons
  • Images taken in private locations
  • Images containing copyrighted material
  • Images containing third-party trademarks
  • Uploaded documents and invoices

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content OR
  • You have full legal rights and permissions to publish it
  • The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • The content does not violate any applicable law

8.2 No Pre-Screening Obligation

Wrumio does not pre-screen, review, verify, or validate user-uploaded content prior to publication.

Due to the volume and nature of content, Wrumio is not able to monitor all uploaded photographs or documents.

Therefore:

Wrumio assumes no responsibility or liability for user-uploaded photographs or materials.

8.3 No Liability for Uploaded Images

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrumio shall not be liable for:

  • Copyright infringement by users
  • Unauthorized use of third-party images
  • Privacy violations caused by user-uploaded photos
  • Misrepresentation of vehicles
  • Falsified documentation

Any claims arising from uploaded content must be directed to the user who uploaded the content.

Wrumio may remove allegedly infringing content at its discretion.

Wrumio reserves the right - but not the obligation - to remove content.

9. CONTENT LICENSE TO WRUMIO

Users retain ownership of their content.

However, by uploading content, you grant Wrumio a:

  • Non-exclusive
  • Worldwide
  • Royalty-free
  • Transferable
  • Sub-licensable

license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content solely for purposes of operating and marketing the Platform.

This license ends when the content is deleted, except for archival or legal compliance purposes.

10. STANDALONE CAR WEBSITES

Wrumio may provide dedicated vehicle web pages.

Users acknowledge that:

  • These pages are part of Wrumio infrastructure
  • Wrumio may remove or disable them if Terms are violated
  • Wrumio is not responsible for external sharing or misuse of links

11. PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS

Professional accounts must represent legitimate businesses.

Wrumio:

  • Does not guarantee business outcomes
  • Does not verify business licensing unless explicitly stated
  • May approve or reject professional applications

Professionals are responsible for compliance with advertising and consumer laws in their jurisdiction.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Paid subscriptions may include:

  • Owner features
  • Professional features
  • Website functionality

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

Users are responsible for cancellation before renewal date.

Refunds are subject to applicable law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF WRUMIO

All platform infrastructure including:

  • Software
  • Architecture
  • Branding
  • Trademarks
  • Design
  • Structured data systems

remain exclusive property of Wrumio.

Users may not:

  • Reverse engineer
  • Copy platform structure
  • Republish core platform elements

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

Wrumio disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Accuracy of user-uploaded content
  • Ownership authenticity
  • Business performance
  • Continuous availability

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wrumio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profit
  • Data loss
  • Reputation damage
  • Disputes between users

Total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

  • Your violation of intellectual property rights
  • Your breach of these Terms
