PLATFORM LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. INTRODUCTION

This Platform License Agreement ("License") governs the use of the Wrumio platform, including its website, software, architecture, APIs, data models, standalone car website system, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this License in addition to the Terms of Service.

2. OWNERSHIP OF THE PLATFORM

The Platform, including but not limited to:

• Software code
• Backend architecture
• Data structure and schema
• Structured storytelling framework
• Service timeline system
• Design elements
• Branding and trademarks
• APIs and documentation
• Standalone car website infrastructure

is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Wrumio.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

3. GRANT OF LICENSE

Wrumio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

• Access the Platform
• Use its features for personal or professional purposes
• Publish content in accordance with the Terms

This license is granted solely for lawful use of the Platform.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Copy the platform structure or architecture
• Extract or replicate the service timeline model
• Reproduce standalone website templates
• Scrape or systematically extract data
• Use automated bots without permission
• Resell or white-label the Platform
• Attempt to clone or replicate Wrumio's core concept or system

Any attempt to replicate Wrumio's structured storytelling framework for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. USER CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

However:

• The Platform structure, layout, formatting, and presentation remain owned by Wrumio.
• Standalone car websites are part of Wrumio infrastructure and do not constitute independent software ownership.
• Users may not extract platform templates for external reproduction.

6. API LICENSE

If you are granted API access:

You receive a limited, revocable license to:

• Access endpoints
• Retrieve data authorized by the Platform
• Integrate in accordance with documentation

You may not:

• Exceed rate limits
• Replicate database structure
• Build competing products using API data
• Redistribute API data without authorization

API access may be suspended at any time.

7. PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS

Professional users may:

• Display business information
• Promote services

This does not grant:

• Advertising ownership rights
• Exclusive placement rights
• Data ownership over platform users

Wrumio retains full control over ecosystem placement.

8. STANDALONE CAR WEBSITES

Standalone vehicle pages:

• Operate within Wrumio infrastructure
• Are licensed for display purposes only
• Do not transfer template ownership

If custom domains are provided:

• Domain ownership does not transfer platform IP rights
• Website remains subject to Wrumio License

9. DATA ACCESS AND EXTRACTION

You may not:

• Systematically extract data
• Use scraping tools
• Mirror the database
• Rebuild vehicle datasets externally

Unauthorized data harvesting is strictly prohibited.

10. TRADEMARKS

"Wrumio" and related branding elements are protected trademarks.

You may not use Wrumio branding without written consent.

11. TERMINATION OF LICENSE

This License is effective until terminated.

Wrumio may revoke your license if:

• You violate Terms
• You misuse intellectual property
• You attempt to replicate the Platform

Upon termination:

• Access must cease
• Any stored proprietary material must be deleted

12. NO IMPLIED RIGHTS

No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

Nothing in this License grants:

• Ownership interest
• Patent rights
• Platform replication rights

13. FEEDBACK

If you provide feedback or suggestions:

You grant Wrumio a perpetual, royalty-free right to use such feedback without obligation.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrumio shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• License termination
• Platform modifications
• Feature discontinuation

15. GOVERNING LAW

This License shall be governed by the laws of [Country of Incorporation].

Mandatory consumer protection laws may apply where required.
